Eco-Friendly Packaging

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we reuse clean and safe packaging materials such as cardboard boxes and paper bags when fulfilling your order. While some packaging may not appear brand new, rest assured all materials are carefully selected to ensure hygiene and product safety. The quality and freshness of your products remain our highest priority, and we appreciate your support for our eco-friendly efforts.

Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

We provide free shipping based on the purchase amount and product temperature zone, as follows:

• Room Temperature Items: Free shipping for orders over ¥5,999 (incl. tax)

• Frozen Items (-18°C): Free shipping for orders over ¥3,999 (incl. tax)

• Chilled/Fresh Items (around 10°C): Free shipping for orders over ¥2,999 (incl. tax)

Note: Free shipping is based on the original total before applying any discounts, coupons, or reward points.

Frozen and refrigerated items are shipped using a Cool Courier service to preserve freshness.

Orders with multiple parcels may arrive separately and could differ in delivery times.

Delivery Fees (for orders below the free shipping threshold)

For orders that do not meet the free shipping minimum, a shipping fee (tax included) will apply based on the delivery destination:

Tohoku Region

• Aomori, Akita, Iwate: ¥880 – 2 days

• Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima: ¥880 – 1 day

Kanto Region

• Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Yamanashi: ¥880 – 1 day

Shinetsu

• Niigata, Nagano: ¥880 – 1 day

Tokai

• Aichi, Shizuoka, Gifu, Mie: ¥880 – 1 day

Hokuriku

• Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui: ¥880 – 1 day

Kansai

• Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo, Shiga, Nara, Wakayama: ¥880 – 1 day

Chugoku

• Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi, Tottori, Shimane: ¥1,210 – 2 days

Shikoku

• Kagawa, Tokushima, Ehime, Kochi: ¥1,210 – 2 days

Kyushu

• Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima: ¥1,210 – 2 days

Okinawa

• Shipping Fee: ¥1,760

• Estimated Delivery: 3+ days

Note: Delivery to remote islands or isolated areas may require additional time or charges.

Payment & Additional Charges

• Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional handling fee of ¥330 (incl. tax) will be added to COD orders.
