Refund & Return Policy

1. Perishable Items (Fruits, Vegetables, Frozen & Fresh Products)

Due to the nature of perishable items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been delivered unless:

  • The product is damaged.
  • The product is expired or spoiled upon delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

If you receive any damaged, expired, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details at [support@kokogrocery.com].

2. Non-Perishable Items (Packaged, Dry & Grocery Products)

You may request a refund or exchange for non-perishable items within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is incorrect or defective.

Return shipping costs for non-defective items will be the customer’s responsibility.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
