Refund Policy

At Koko Grocery, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, as our products are mainly food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except under certain conditions.

Return & Exchange Conditions

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • If the delivered product is defective or damaged.

  • If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

Please note:

  • Products cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been used, opened, or damaged due to the customer’s handling.

  • Minor scratches, dirt, or damages caused after delivery cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Request Procedure

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product through:

Requests made after 2 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges for Returns/Exchanges

  • If the return or exchange is approved due to our mistake (defective or wrong product), the return shipping cost will be borne by Koko Grocery.

  • However, if you request delivery of the replacement product to a different address from the original shipping address, the additional shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will inform you of the return shipping address and further instructions.
